Job Responsibilities:
• Structured calendared reviews with key stake holders& 100% coverage of accounts with the executive summary
• Customer complaints – closure of all customer complaints with SLA
• Ensure closure of all actionable meetings/reviews
• Ensure month on month improved User Satisfaction Survey
• Repetitive issues to be referred to problem management and solutions effectively implemented to eliminate repetitive issues.
• 100% SLA achievement
• SLA/Penalty forecasting
• Succession planning with more than 80% role fitment
• Nominate all performing team members for SPOT Awards
• Ensure adherence to ITIL Process
• Non Conformance closure as per agreed timelines

To be successful in this role, you should have in-depth knowledge of graphic design, styles & layout techniques, be experienced in executing marketing projects from conception to production, including websites, brochures/product packaging.

Requirements
-Proven work experience as a Sr Designer.
-Portfolio of completed design projects
-Hands-on experience with Adobe CC software (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, Acrobat). Additional advantage: After Effects, Dreamweaver, Sketch and XD
-Strong aesthetic skills (colors,fonts,layouts)
-Attention to visual details
-BSc degree in Design, Visual Arts or relevant field
-Preferably Arabic Speaking
